2. Customer Success Manager
Responsibilities:

Contribute to client promotions and loyalty programs
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
Strong communication and presentation skills

Proficiency with CRM systems; excellent verbal and written communication

3. Event Manager
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate both in-person and online events such as workshops, masterclasses, and conferences related to public speaking
Research and book venues; coordinate with vendors and partners (technical equipment, catering, etc.)
Collaborate with experts and speakers to create event agendas
Manage event budgets, including preparation and tracking of expenses
Oversee teams of volunteers and assistants, ensuring smooth on-site operations
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in organizing large-scale or corporate events
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus strong interpersonal abilities
Meticulous attention to detail and quick problem-solving in unexpected situations
Familiarity with event services (technical setup, décor, catering, etc.) is a plus
